Transparent Pricing Policy RBAAA Quality Transportation provides full transparency regarding our fares.
Fares are calculated based on a combination of base rates, distance, and time, or offered as a flat rate for airport transfers.
Estimated fares are provided at the time of booking.

Additional Fees & Surcharges:
Wait Time: $15.00 per 15-minute increment.
-Point-to-Point: 15-minute grace period included.
-Airport (Domestic): 30-minute grace period from touchdown.
-Airport (International): 60-minute grace period from touchdown.
After-Hours Fee: $20.00 (Applies to pickups between 11:30 PM and 5:00 AM).
Meet & Greet Service: $35.00 (Driver meets passenger at baggage claim with signage).
Cleaning/Damage Fee: $300.00 minimum for incidents involving sickness or fluid spills; up to full restoration costs for physical vehicle damage.
RBAAA Quality Transportation: Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To provide the highest level of service to all clients, we enforce the following cancellation windows:
Sedans & SUVs: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid a penalty.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full estimated fare or the vehicle's hourly minimum.
No-Show Policy: If a passenger is not at the designated pickup location and has not contacted the driver or dispatch within the grace period (30 mins for domestic/60 mins for international), the ride will be marked as a "No-Show" and charged at the full fare plus any accrued wait time and parking.

We strictly comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Dallas City Code Chapter 47A regarding non-discrimination and accessible service.
Zero-Tolerance Policy for Intoxicating Substances: RBAAA Quality Transportation maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the use, possession, or influence of intoxicating substances. All drivers are explicitly prohibited from consuming or being under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any impairing prescription or over-the-counter medications while on duty, operating a company vehicle, or providing transportation-for-hire services.
Enforcement The safety of our passengers is our highest priority. Any driver found to be in violation of this zero-tolerance policy will face immediate suspension and termination of their operating agreement with RBAAA Quality Transportation.
How to Report a Violation to RBAAA Quality Transportation If a passenger reasonably suspects that a driver is under the influence of an intoxicating substance, they should prioritize their safety and terminate the ride immediately if safe to do so. How to Report a Complaint to the City of Dallas In accordance with Dallas City Code Chapter 47A, passengers may also report any driver suspected of violating this policy directly to the City of Dallas. To file a formal complaint:
Call: Dial 3-1-1 (If outside Dallas city limits, call 214-670-3111).
Online/App: Submit a report via the Dallas 311 mobile app or website. (Please reference RBAAA Quality Transportation and provide the vehicle details or license plate when submitting your complaint).
